| Abstract: | The histological and ultramicroscopic structure on hepatopancreas both normal and red legged and yellow gill disease of penaeus chinensis were studiedThe cell ultrasturcture of normal hepatopancreas were observed under light and electron microscope. By the severe bacteria invasion in the shrimp, the histop athologically extensive necrosis was the major character of hepatopancreas. The astrophic nuclei, the damaged mitochondria and expansive rough endoreticum were found in necrosis cell. |
