| 摘 要： | 花生壳黄酮是花生壳中的重要活性成分,具有多种医疗功效。综述了近年来花生壳黄酮类化合物的提取分离、测定方法、化学成分、生理活性,以及应用现状等方面的研究进展,并展望了花生壳黄酮类化合物在医药、保健品、食品等方面的应用前景。
