| 摘 要： | 提高教学质量是高校工作的永恒主题。在高等教育规模扩大的新形势下,通过建立符合高校需要的内部教学质量监控体系——"324"教学质量监控体系来保证教学质量的长效性和实效性,从而对教育部的本科教学水平评估工作进行有效的补充。
