印楝素防治蔬菜茶树害虫试验研究

摘    要:对0.3%印楝素乳油防治蔬菜和茶园害虫进行了研究,结果表明,0.3%印楝素乳油对小菜蛾、菜青虫、小绿叶蝉及茶尺蠖等有较好的防治效果。药后1 d,0.3%印楝素乳油对小菜蛾防效69.98%以上,最低浓度对菜青虫的防效为37.9%,对茶小绿叶蝉防效达87.9%,对茶尺蠖的防效达34.2%以上;药后3 d,对小菜蛾就达到73.35%以上的防效,对茶小绿叶蝉防效达88.7%;药后7 d对小菜蛾就达到86.7%以上的防效,最低浓度对菜青虫的防效为74.8%,对茶小绿叶蝉防效达88.7%以上,对茶尺蠖的防效达52.8%以上。并且药后10 d,对小菜蛾和茶尺蠖仍有60%以上的防效。研究结果表明0.3%印楝素乳油具有较好的防治效果,且对作物安全,可用于无公害农产品生产。

Studies on pest controlling in vegetable and tea tree by Azadirachtin

Abstract:Azadirachtin was an botanical herbicide distilled from seed of Azadirachta indica,which had many functional patterns against pest,such as stomach poison,antifeedant,deterrence,suching toxicity with bigger development.In the paper,the 0.3 % azadirachtin EC was applied to control the pest including Plutella xyllostella,Pieris rapae,Empoasca flavescens and Ectropis oblique hypulina Wehrli on vegetable or tea tree.The result showed that the formulation had not only high control efficiency but also preferable quickly available and lasting available to the pest in the vegetable and tea garden.After 1 day of spray,the efficiency of control were above 69.98 % for Plutella xyllostella,above 37.9 % for Pieris rapae,87.9 % for Empoasca flavescens and above 34.2 % for Ectropis oblique hypulina Wehrli respectively.After 3 day,the control efficiencies were above 73.35 %,88.7 % for Plutella xyllostella and Empoasca flavescens,respectively,and the control efficiencies were above 86.7 %,87.9 %,82.2 % and 52.8 % to Plutella xyllostella,Pieris rapae,Empoasca flavescens and Ectropis oblique hypulina Wehrli respectively after 7day.Moreover,the efficiencies can continue at the 60 % for Plutella xyllostella and Ectropis oblique hypulina Wehrli after 10 day.From further analysis,the results indicated that 0.3 % azadirachtin EC was a perfect choice for non-pollutant production for its characteristics including high control efficiency,preferable quickly available,lasting available and safety to plants.
