摘    要:根据维生素C对高锰酸钾氧化鲁米诺的化学发光有明显的抑制作用,结合流动注射建立了测定饮料中维生素C含量的流动注射化学发光法。该方法线性范围为1.0×10-5~1.0×10-4mol/L,检出限为4.0×10-6mol/L,相对标准偏差为2.0%,平均回收率为99.5%。该方法用于饮料中维生素C含量的测定,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A Chemiluminescence method combined with flow injection technique was proposed based on the suppress of vitamin-C on the redox reaction between luminol and potassium permanganate.Under the optimum condition,the calibration curve for the analyte showed the linear relationship over the range of 1.0×10-5~1.0×10-4 mol/L with the detection limit of 4.0×10-6 mol/L.The proposed method was satisfactorily applied to the analysis of vitamin-C content in the beverage with the relative standard deviation of 2.0% and the average recovery of 99.5%.
