摘    要:为解决红掌组培过程中外植体褐化影响组培成活的问题,通过对外植体采用不同消毒方法处理、对培养基进行改良、调节和对培养条件选择等方面进行研究,发现:红掌在接种前先用抗氧化剂处理和在培养基中添加相应的抗氧化剂有助于减少外植体的褐化,从而为提高红掌的组培繁殖率奠定基础。

Abstract:Different disinfection methods were applied to explants,improvement and adjustment of culture media,and culture conditions selection were studied in this paper to solve the browning of explants which affected the survive of Anthurium andreanum in tissue culture.Results showed that pretreated by anti-oxidant before transplanting and corresponding oxidants added in culture media could reduce the browning,sequentially the reproduction rate of explants could be enhanced.
