| 摘 要： | 目前我国农民平均受教育年限不足8年,农村劳动力中,初中及以下文化程度的农民比例高达90%以上,这些文化程度不高的农村劳动力从走上生产劳动以后,就很少有机会接受系统的职业教育,这严重制约着农业生产力的提高,也影响了国民经济和社会的可持续发展。文章从农业广播电视教育的特点入手,探讨了如何以农民田间学校的建设为契机,实现农民终身化教育。

| Abstract: | Presently,the average educational periods for farmers is less than 8 years in China,and more than 90% of farmer labor’educational background are just below junior-high-school-graduates.There would be less opportunities for them to receive systematic vocational education after they are employed,which would be a huge block in the rising of the agricultural productivity,as well as the national economy and the sustainable development of our social.It is of great importance to promote farmer labors’ education for life-time in the issues of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.Starting with the characteristics of ABTE,the article discusses how to realize the life-time education for farmers through the construction of farmers’ field school. |
