油茶籽壳栽培香菇的应用研究

摘    要:利用油茶籽壳粉碎成油茶籽壳屑,100%代替木屑,棉籽壳和50%替代麸皮栽培香菇。香菇生物效率达到78.98%,与CK没有显著差(P<0.05)。分析了油茶籽壳和香菇子实体营养成份,结果表明:油茶籽壳粗蛋白含量是棉籽壳的2倍,木屑的4.63倍,而香菇蛋白质和氨基酸总量分别比对照提高了64.36%和59.8%。

Abstract:Use the Camellia oleifera Abel seed shells crushed into Camellia oleifera Abel seed shell debris, 100% instead of sawdust, cotton seed hulls and 50% alternative bran cultivated mushrooms. The mushrooms biological efficiency of 78.98%, there was no significant difference (P<0.05) and CK. Simultaneous analysis of Camellia oleifera seed Abel seed shells and mushrooms fruiting bodies of nutrients. The results shows that the crude protein content of the camellia shell was 2 times that of cotton seed hulls, sawdust 4.63 times; mushrooms protein and total amino acids increased 64.36% and 59.8%, respectively, compared with CK.
