| Abstract: | Manpower resource is the most critical and important factor in the modernization development of hospital libraries. Optimizing manpower resource model is an effective way of building a contingent of high-calibre talents and plays a key role in the overall development of hospital librarianship. The management model of manpower resource in the hospital libraries is approached based on a discussion of the basic goals and main measures of optimization of the management model. |
