青花菜高效离体再生体系的建立

摘    要:以青花菜为试验材料,探讨了影响离体再生的一些因素,结果表明:取用4~5d龄无菌苗的带柄子叶和下胚轴,分别培养在MSB+NAA0.2mg/L+6-BA2mg/L和MSB+NAA0.2mg/L+6-BA1.0mg/L+AgNO3 2.5mg/L培养基上,获得了较高的分化率(80%);再生芽插入MS+IBA0.2mg/L培养基,生根率达100%。

Abstract:Cotyledons w ith petiole and hypocotyls of 4-to 5-day-old virus-free seed lings of broccoli(Brassica oleraceavar.italica) were used as exp lants inin vitrocu lture.Fairly h igh shoot d ifferentiation rate(>80%) was obtained when cotyledons were cu ltured on MSB + NAA 0.2 mg /L + 6-BA 2 mg /L and hypocotyls were cu ltured on MSB + NAA 0.2 mg /L + 6-BA 1.0 mg /L + AgNO3 2.5 mg /L.A ll the shoots rooted read ily when transferred toMS + IBA 0.2 mg /L.
