摘    要:在青海省海拔2000~2500m和2500~3000m两个不同生态区域设置抗性观测圃,调查评价从国际马铃薯中心(CIP)引进的60份资源田间晚疫病抗性,资源D9在整个生育期表现出免疫症状,15个资源表现为高抗,18个资源表现抗病,同时还对晚疫病菌流行生理小种的毒性基因进行动态监测。

Abstract:Field resistance identification garden was set up in two different ecological areas (2 000 ~2 500 m altidude and 2 500~3 000 m altitude) in Qinghai,60 potato clones from CIP were identified the resistance to late blight in the field on Xining city and Huangyuan county,where the disease occurred frequently in field conditions during 2006-2007.Clone D9 had immunity to the disease in field , 15 clones had high resistance,18 clones had resistance,respectively .while the virulence genes of P.infestance prevailed were under surveillance currently.
