| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场经济体制的逐步形成，高等学校的科研管理也开始步入科学化、规范化、制度化的轨道，这种管理方式的转变对促进科学研究和科技成果转化起到了积极的推动作用。但目前我国高校在科研管理中仍存在着诸多问题，需要培育科学研究的创新环境，加强科研竞争力建设，推动我国高校科学研究和科技成果转化工作的快速发展。

| Abstract: | With gradual forming of market economy system in our country,scientific research is on the way to scientific,standard and systematic management.And this scientific management plays a very important role in the developing of scientific research,and the transforming of scientific research results .Now there exist many problems in the aspect.It will promote the development in the field to cultivate the innovation of scientific research and to strengthen the construction of scientific research competitive power. |
