高校教研室作为高校教研活动和教学管理的最基层单位,容易被人忽视,发挥的职能作用大多也仅限于教学文件的上传下达和基本教学任务的完成。针对高校教研室如何走出困境,为教师的发展和教学质量的提升发挥更大的作用,本文从创新改革思路的角度进行了探讨,提出了集观念更新、教学和科研创新及管理创新于一体的解决方案,为广大高校教研室的发展提供参考。

Innovative Construction of Departments in Universities

As the most basic unit of teaching and research activities in universities, department was often neglected, and itˊs functions were only confined in uploading teaching files and completing teaching task. Focusing on how to walk out the predicament and play a greater role in promoting the development of teachers and the quality of teaching, this paper explored and proposed a set of solutions including the concept updating, teaching and scientific research innovation management innovation, which supported reference for the development of university departments.
