摘    要:以甜椒品种"精选茄门"为材料,用数码相机拍照获取叶片图像,通过AutoCAD软件获取叶片的实际面积,以叶长、叶宽为测定指标,分别建立叶长、叶宽、叶长+叶宽、叶长×叶宽等相关指标与叶面积的回归方程。结果表明,回归方程与指标均达到显著指数相关,其中(叶长×叶宽)与叶面积的回归方程y=0.674 1x0.995 9,相关指数(R2)均达到0.992 2,为甜椒品种"精选茄门"苗期叶片叶面积测定提供了简单实用的方法。

Abstract:The regression equation,y=0.674 1x0.995 9,for calculating the leaf area and relative indexes of Capsicum annum was established by using leaf length and leaf width as measuring indexes.The results showed that there was a significant linear correlation between the regression equation and measuring indexes and its correlation index was up to 0.992 2.The mathematical model with the simple and practical advantage can be easily used in measuring leaf area of sweet pepper(Capsicum annum).
