| Abstract: | Conjugated linoleic acid(CLA)is a series of positional and geometric isomers of octadecadienoic acid,which was found to have a lot of beneficial biological properties such as anticarcinogenesis,decreasing cholesterol level of plasma and liver,enhancing immunity,inhibiting fat deposition and improving quality of meat.Foods from ruminants is the main natural resource of CLA. |
