| 摘 要： | 测定不同甘蔗品种Co331、桂糖11、粤糖93/159成熟进程中体内激素和糖分含量动态变化的结果表明,在成熟早期的0~40 d,3个品种的IAA、ABA和ZT含量下降,GA3逐步上升并相继达到峰值,同期内的蔗糖含量逐步上升,成熟中后期的40~80 d内蔗糖含量继续提高而IAA、ABA和ZT含量平缓上升,GA3含量则迅速下降。

| Abstract: | This experiment was to determine dynamic changes in hormone content and sucrose content in sugarcane through selecting three sugarcane(Saccharum officinarum L.)varieties of'Co331','Guitang11'and 'Yuetang93/159'in ripening period.The results indicated that during 0-40 d in ripening early period,the content of IAA,ABA and ZT of three sugarcane varieties dropped,and at this time,GA3 content went up to the highest amount and sucrose content went up gradually;during 40-80 d in ripening later period,sucrose content of different varieties went up continuously and the content of IAA,ABA and ZT went up gently,but GA3 content dropped rapidly. |
