| 摘 要： | 以北京市丰台区亚林西居住区土地一级开发项目为例,分析了该类建设项目造成水土流失的特点和水土保持工作中存在的问题,认为该项目水土流失主要产生于两方面:拆迁过程引起的水土流失及"七通一平"过程引起的水土流失。在对土地一级开发项目的水土流失特点进行分析的基础上,提出了此类项目的水土流失防治对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Taking land development project in Yalinxi residential area, Fengtai District, Beijing City as an example, the characteristics of soil erosion caused by the project and problems existing in soil and water conservation work were analyzed .It was found that soil and water loss of the project was mainly produced in two aspects: soil and water loss caused by the demolition process and “seven-provided and one leveled”process.Several prevention and control countermeasures and suggestions on such projects were proposed. |
