枯草芽孢杆菌固态发酵米糠及其对临武鸭生长性能的影响

摘    要:为提高米糠的合理利用率和探索枯草芽孢杆菌在临武鸭生产中的作用效果,试验采用枯草芽孢杆菌固态发酵米糠,并优化其发酵条件,发酵产物饲喂1日龄临武鸭240羽,随机分为4组,每组60羽,分别饲喂基础饲粮(对照组);在基础饲粮+金霉素150 mg·kg-1(抗生素组);基础饲粮+枯草芽孢杆菌5×108cfu·kg-1(试验Ⅰ组)和基础饲粮+枯草芽孢杆菌5×1010cfu·kg-1(试验Ⅱ组)。结果表明,接种生长9~10 h的枯草芽孢杆菌在发酵5 d、含水量35%、接种量3%的条件下,发酵产物的蛋白质可提高至20.34%,除丙氨酸、半胱氨酸外,其他氨基酸水平显著提高(P0.05)。临武鸭平均日增重提高0.72%和0.82%,料重比分别改善0.14%和0.19%,极显著降低死亡率(P0.01)。

Bacillus Subtilis Solid State Fermentation of Rice Bran and Effects on the Growth Performance of Linwu Duck

Abstract:In order to improve the utilization of rice bran and explore bacillus subtilis in effects on the linwuduck. In experiment, we adopt the bacillus subtilis to fermentation the rice bran by solid-state, and optimized the fer-mentation conditions, its production feeding 240 linwu duck at 1 day old, were divided into 4 groups randomly, eachgroup had 60 linwu ducks. Control group was fed the basal diet, antibiotics group was fed basal diet adding chlortet-racyline 150 mg.kg-1, the experment group I and 11 were fed the basal diet adding bacillus subtilis 5x10^8 and 5x10^10cfu. kg-1. The results showed that used bacillus subtilis at 9 to 10 h growth around, which ferment continue with 5days, water content of 35%, the inoculum size of 3% in the conditions, the end-product of protein could increase to20.34%, other amino acids except alanine, homocysteine levels increased significant difference(P〈0.05). Averagedaily gain increased by 0.72% and 0.82%, feed intake/weight gain reduced 0.14% and 0.19%, reduced mortality sig-nificantly(P〈0.01).
