| 摘 要： | 探讨了农用土地估价信息中模型库、知识库、数据库的建立，通过Visual Basic 6。0嵌入地理信息系统控件（Mapobject2.0)来开发农用地估价信息系统，以实现农用土地的估价，相关数据的存贮、查询检索、统计分析，可为用户提供农用土地的各种数据、图件等信息产品。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the design of the models, knowledge bank and database for the evaluation of agricultural land price. The exploitation of the evaluation information system is achieved by embedding Visual Basic 6.0 into the geographical information system Activex. This software helps in the evaluation of agricultural land, the storage of related data and their retrieval and statistical analysis. Various data and picture files concerning agricultural land can be provided at users' request. |
