| 摘 要： | 通过对NCBI和CNKI文献数据库的检索,搜集和整理了1991年以来国际上成功制备的转基因家畜的相关信息,基于ASP.NET技术开发了转基因家畜信息数据库(http://www.gmanimal.com.cn/sjk/index.asp);该数据库主要包括物种、外源基因名称、转基因方法、表型特征、研究单位、国家或地区、文献链接等信息,共有79条记录,包括37条转基因猪记录、16条转基因牛记录、12条转基因绵羊记录、14条转基因山羊记录;该数据库为网络公开数据库,可以进行相关信息查询和下载,实现了转基因家畜相关信息的共享。

| Abstract: | Information on transgenic livestock which had been successfully produced in the world since 1991 was collected from literature database of NCBI and CNKI websites.Based on these information and technology of ASP.NET,information database of transgenic livestock was constructed(http://www.gmanimal.com.cn/sjk/ index.asp).The database contained information on species,the names of the exogenous genes,transgenic methods,phenotypic characteristics,research institutions,countries or regions,literature link and so on... |
