| 摘 要： | 朋辈心理辅导是高校心理健康教育系统的重要组成部分，是专业心理咨询和辅导的一种必要补充，有助于促进大学生心理健康水平的提高。开展朋辈心理辅导的关键在于其发展模式的构建。维果茨基的社会文化发展理论揭示了个体社会性发展的本质规律，对大学生朋辈心理辅导予以重要启示。从社会文化发展理论出发，探索朋辈心理辅导的实践路径无疑是一次有益的尝试。

| Abstract: | Peer counseling has been acting as an important part in the system of college students＇ mental health education. It is a necessary supplement for the professional psychological counseling and guidance, which contributes to the promotion of college students＇ mental health level. The key factor of the peer counseling is to build its development mode. Vygotsky＇s cultural-history theory reveals the essential laws of individual social development, which plays an important enlightenment for college students＇ peer counseling. It is a beneficial attempt to explore the practical path of peer counseling proceeding from the theory of social and cultural development. |
