树莓绿枝扦插繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:以2个树莓优良栽培品种美国22号红树莓和黑莓A4-17为试材,进行了绿枝扦插繁殖技术的研究。结果表明,美国22号红树莓选择半木质化绿枝作为插条生根能力最好,生根率可达80%以上的生产指标;插条基部不同激素处理方式两个品种均以蘸药处理生根效果好;除去插条基部1~2节叶柄,同时在高浓度激素中添加100~150 mg/L的H2BO3,生根率可达80%~90%;品种间生根能力有一定差异,黑莓A4-17的生根能力比美国22号红树莓强。

Abstract:In the present experiment, the propagating ability of the green shoots taken from American No.22 and Blackberry A4-17 was studied. It was found that: the hemi-lignified canes as the cutting of American No. 22 is the best wood. Rooting rate could reach more than 80%.Fast clipping with high concentration auxin is the better treatment of two raspberry varieties. Rooting rate could reach 80%-90% with the treatment of dealing with leaf stalk and soaking a little while the wood in high concentratmn auxin with 100~50 mg/L H2BO3.Rooting ability of Blackberry A4-17 is greater than that of American No.22.
