洛阳温室蔬菜根结线虫的初步鉴定及其毒力测定

目的]测定药剂对蔬菜根结线虫的毒力。方法]采用传统的制作会阴花纹的方法,对洛阳温室蔬菜根结线虫的种类进行鉴定,并选择4种药剂对根结线虫的二龄幼虫进行室内毒力测定。结果]结果表明,洛阳温室蔬菜根结线虫病主要由南方根结线虫引起,未发现其他种类;4种药剂中5%阿维菌素乳油对根结线虫有较高的毒力。结论]该研究为根结线虫的有效防治奠定了基础。

Identification and Toxicity Determination on Root knot Nematodes of Greenhouse's Vegetable in Luoyang

Objective] The purpose aimed to determine the toxicity of greenhouse vegetable root-knot nematodes.Method]Based on perineal striae,root-knot nematodes of greenhouse's vegetable in Luoyang were identified and toxicities of four kinds of fungicides to the root-knot nematodes were tested.Result]The results indicated that the greenhouse vegetable root-knot nematode was aroused by Meloidogyne incognita in Luoyang,and other kinds were not found.The toxicity of 5% avermectins to the root-knot nematodes was relatively high than other medicament.Conclusion]This research will establish the basis for effective prevention and cure root-knot nematodes.
