| Abstract: | The inheritance of the fruit acid trait as titratable acid of mature fruit was analyzed using the F1 segregation population(total of 118 seedlings) derived from the cross Bayuehong(Pyrus communis L.) × Dangshansuli(P.× bretshneider Rehd.).Meanwhile,225 pairs of SSR primers originated from pear and apple genome were screened by bulked segregant analysis(BSA) and selective genotyping(SG).Of those primer pairs,only primer KU10 produce a polymorphic band linked to acid trait,the genetic distance of the molecular marker is 12.15 cM,and the quantitative trait loci(QTL) analysis of fruit acid/low-acid trait was mapped on second linkage group(LG2) of the pear genetic map.The comprehensive analysis of molecular marker and phenotype revealed that the fruit acid trait is dominant to low-acid trait and is affected by both additive gene effect and environmental factors,and it is also affected by non-additive gene effect. |
