| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选适合花魔芋生长的诱导、分化和生根培养基。方法]以湖北省秭归县的花魔芋球茎和鳞片作为外植体，以MS培养基为基本培养基，添加不同激素，分别组配成10种诱导培养基和分化培养基进行组织培养，然后将诱导的魔芋丛芽切成单株后接入MS＋NAA0．1—0．5mg／L生根培养基。研究不同激素配比对愈伤组织形成和芽分化以及生根的影响。结果]球茎和鳞片在MS＋6-BA1.0mg／L＋NAA1．0mg／L培养基上容易诱导愈伤组织，诱导效率分别为92％和90％，且愈伤组织容易分化。球茎在MS＋6-BA1．5mg／L＋NAA0．15mg／L培养基上分化效率为86．7％，鳞片在MS＋6-BA2．0mg／L＋NAA0．2mg／L培养基上分化效率为83．3％。将球茎和鳞片分化出的不定芽转至MS＋NAA0．5mg／L的培养基上，生根率可达94％，20d后培养出完整植株。结论]该试验初步建立魔芋的再生体系，为进行大规模生产魔芋种苗提供良好技术支持。
