单粒排种器单片机检测系统性能研究

摘    要:采用压电声电传感器将单粒排种落粒物理量转变电量,通过惠斯登电桥和比较放大器进行信号变换。代表落粒脉冲的电压矩形波被送到单片机系统的守量/计数器,精确检测每两次落粒之间的时间,通过软件设计,可以检测单粒排种器排种的合格率,重播率,漏播率,标准差,变异系数等性能参数。

STUDIES ON THE MEASUREMENT OF CHIP MICROPROCESSORS SYSTEM OF SINGLE SEED DRILL

Abstract:In this research, mechanical pulses of the falls of each single seed were changed into electric pulses by piezoelectric sensor.Wheatstone Bridge and comparison amplifier were used to convert the signal.Voltage block signals represented the pulses of the falls were transmitted to the counter or timer in the chip microprocessor system. The timer precisly measured the time between two falls. By software design, the parameters of single seed, such as the rate of qualification , duplication , absence , standard deviation and coefficient of viriation, could be gained. The relative errors compared with manual measurement are lower than 5.2 percent.
