自然越冬过程中冬小麦体内玉米赤霉烯酮含量的变化

摘    要:用放射免疫分析法首次测定了冬小麦自然越冬期间不同部位中玉米赤霉烯酮含量。发现越冬冬小麦的分蘖节中玉米赤霉烯酮含量呈双峰曲线,10月底和1月初分别出现最高值。根尖中的含量与分蘖节中的含量变化基本同步,但前期无明显峰值。在1月初根尖和分蘖节同时出现峰值时,根尖中的含量约为分蘖节中含量的10倍。02-10以后,各部位含量的均降至较低水平。说明冬小麦体内玉米赤霉烯酮含量变化与春化过程密切相关。鉴于根尖和分蘖节含量远高出其他部位,推测分生组织是玉米赤霉烯酮生物合成的活跃部位。

Abstract:Zearalenone(ZEN)contents in different parts of winter wheat over wintering were determined by Radioimmunoassay.It was found that there were two peaks of ZEN content in tillering nodes.The appearnces of the maximum ZEN content were at the end of Oct.and the beginning of Jan. respectively.Changes of ZEN contents in root tips synchronized with that in tillering nodes except that no obvious peak in root tips at the end of Oct.The maximum ZEN content in root tip was about 10 times of that in tillering nodes at t...
