摘    要:分析了多气门发动机进、排气道的结构特点和设计要点,并以自主开发的4气门1110型柴油机和486QE型汽油机为例,论证了气道的静态流场模拟、稳流试验评价及动网格瞬态模拟等气道性能研究方法用于多气门发动机进、排气道设计和评价的可行性。

Abstract:The structural features and design essentials of intake and exhaust ports of m ulti-valve engines were analyzed. The methods for investigations of port perfor m ance, static simulation of flow fields, steady flow experimental evaluation and instantaneous simulation with moving mesh were expounded taking a self-develop ed four-valve 1110 diesel engine and a 486QE gasoline engine as examples. These methods can be applied to the design and evaluation of intake and exhaust ports of multi-valve engines.
