枸杞黄酮提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的]研究枸杞黄酮的提取工艺。方法]采用不同的提取溶剂对枸杞叶及果柄中的黄酮进行提取,通过正交试验研究溶剂浓度、料液比、提取时间、原料粒度对总黄酮含量和得率的影响,确定枸杞黄酮的提取工艺。测定枸杞叶、果柄原料粗黄酮含量,分析不同样品中黄酮含量差异。结果]确定了枸杞黄酮最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶8(M∶V,g/ml),提取时间3 h,提取3~8mm碎粒,在该工艺条件下获得黄酮含量为79.4%,得率为3.72%。枸杞叶中黄酮含量明显高于枸杞果柄,5月份采摘的枸杞叶黄酮含量高于10月份采摘的。结论]该研究为枸杞黄酮的开发提供了理论依据。
