摘    要:研究了桃(Amygdalus persica)挥发性气味物质的化学组成及其对桔小实蝇(Bactrocera dorsalis)行为的影响.桔小实蝇选择性试验结果表明,桃精油对桔小实蝇雌虫具有显著的引诱活性,且随着精油浓度的提高其引诱活性相应提高.通过GC-MS分析了桃挥发性化学物质的组成及其相对含量,其主要挥发物的成分...

Abstract:In the laboratory the behavioral responses of B.dorsalis to volatiles from Amygdalus persica were tested with Y-olfactometer,and the chemical components of these volatiles were analyzed with GC-MS.The results of B.dorsalis choice tests with Y-olfactometer showed that the essential oil from A.persica had a significant attraction effect on female B.dorsalis and the activity of the essential oil increased gradually with concentrations of essential oil increasing.GC-MS analysis of the volatiles from A.persica revealed that the main volatile compounds were Acetic acid,hexyl ester;D-Limonene;Octanoic acid ethylester;2-Hexen-1-ol,acetate,(E)-;γ-Decalactone;3-Hexen-1-ol,acetate,(Z)-.
