| Abstract: | The employment situation and problems of graduates major in agricultural science were analyzed,several countermeasures were put forward in order to change the difficulty situation and promote competitiveness and comprehensive ability of the graduates,such as changing their mentality about employment,optimizing employment guidance,improving practice ability,enhancing conjunction between colleges and enterprises,etc. |
