摘    要:池塘的底泥中蕴藏着丰富的轮虫休眠卵,搅动底泥使其上浮可促进萌发、繁衍形成轮虫种群数量高峰期。高峰期的生物量和持续的时间与水温、食物、pH等诸多因子有关,其中饵料浮游植物的种、量是重要影响因子。在大型浮游植物长期占优势的水体,轮虫种群数量增长极慢。作者还根据轮虫的现存量估算了轮虫池的供饵能力。

Abstract:Abstract As in the case of freshwater ponds, there are plenty of resting eggs of rotifers in mud in brackish water fish ponds. The eggs can be floated and facilitated to develop and multiply rapidly by stiring up the mud, thereby forming a period of number peak of rotifer. The rotifer biomass and duration of the peak period are dependent primarily upon water temperature, food supply, pH and others, especially upon species and biomass of the phytoplankton rotifers feed on. The number of rotifers increases slowly in the brackish waters dominated by macrophyto plankton in a long period. The ability to provide food by rotifers was evaluated by existent biomass of rotifers.
