云南黄连花粉活力和柱头可授性研究

摘    要: 通过扫描电子显微镜观察花粉粒的形态特征,采用I2-KI染色法测定云南黄连花粉活力,并通过联苯胺+过氧化氢反应液和3%的过氧化氢测定其柱头可授性。结果表明:云南黄连的花粉粒为近圆球形,具有萌发孔,表面具有刺状雕纹;花粉活力一天中最强的时间段是13∶30—15∶30,最强的时期是散粉时期;I型(雌蕊长于雄蕊)的云南黄连柱头可授性高于II型(雄蕊长于雌蕊)的。在散粉初期,云南黄连普遍具有较高的柱头可授性。

Abstract:The pollen submicroscopic morphology of Coptis teeta Wall was observed with scanning electron microscopy(SEM) . The pollen vitality of C. teeta was evaluated by I2-KI. Stigma receptivity was estimated by the method of Benzidine hydrogen peroxide and 3%hydrogen peroxide. The results showed that the shape of pollen grain of C. teeta was nearly spherical and the appearance of pollen grain has germination pore with spiny. The 13∶30—15∶30 was the time of the strongest pollen vitality in a day by using I2-KI for C. teeta. The period for the strongest pollen vitality was pollinating period, the pollen receptivity of type I(pistil longer than stamen)was stronger than that of type II(stamen longer than pistil). The pollen receptivity of C. teeta generally was higher in early pollinating period.
