| 摘 要： | 现代化农业生产要求大学生村干部应具备高水平的高产优质农业生产技术、标准化专业化农业生产技术、设施农业生产技术、农业产业化经营技术、循环利用农业资源技术等。高等教育主管部门要做好对大学生村干部进行农业技术教育的科学规划,高等学校对立志于成为村干部的在校生要因专业差别对其进行农业技术教育,大学生村干部管理部门和农业技术部门应对在职大学生村干部进行有针对性的专题农业技术培训,农村基层党校对大学生村干部进行培训时所开设的课程应包含农业技术课程。
