| 摘 要： | 本实验就五味中草药对小白鼠抗细菌感染能力的影响进行了观察。结果表明、四味清热解毒药:金银花、紫花地丁、板兰根、蒲公英和活血化淤药皂刺可使小白鼠抗细菌感染能力显著地增强。其中紫花地丁和蒲公英的抗菌作用最强;皂刺和板兰根对抗大肠杆菌的作用很弱;金银花对抗溶血性链球菌的作用不显著。

| Abstract: | This test has observed the antibacterial effect of five kinds of medicinal herbs in the white mouse. The results of the test show that four kinds of medicinal herbs-Flos Lonicerae, Viola Yedoensis,Radix Isatidis and Herba Taraxaci (which p- ossess the antipyretic and detoxication efficieney) and Gleditia Sinensis(which promotes the circulation of blood) can significantly improve the ability for the mouse to resist infection by bacteria. Viola Yedoensis and Herba Taraxaci display a greater efficiency among these medicinal herbs.Radix Isatidis and Gleditsia Sinensis demonstracte the weak ability to resist infection by colibacillus. The resistance of Flos Lonicerae to the infection by Streptococcus hemolyticus is not evident. |
