几种药剂对南京地区斜纹夜蛾的防效

目的]探讨几种不同药剂田间防治斜纹夜蛾的效果。方法]试验共设7个处理:5%锐劲特2000倍液,虫瘟一号2000倍液,10%除尽2000倍液,20%米满2000倍液,4.5%菜蛾速杀2000倍液,1%威克达2000倍液,清水对照。施药时间为7:00～8:00。每小区施药前定点调查20棵卷心菜,调查斜纹夜蛾药前虫口基数,药后24、48、72h分别调查各区各点残留虫量,计算出虫口减退率和校正防效。结果]药效试验结果表明,菜蛾速杀和威克达2种药剂的防治效果最好,且见效快,药后24h的防效分别达97.5%和85.0%,药后72h的防效均达100%。结论]菜蛾速杀和威克达可在生产上推广应用。

Study on the Effect of Several Pesticides for Controlling the Prodenia litura in Nanjing Area

Objective] The research aimed to discuss the field effect of several pesticides on Prodenia litura. Method] The experiment set 7 pesticide treatments. The time of applying pesticide was 7:00-8:00. Twenty cabbages per area were investigated to study initial population number before applying pesticide. Insect residues per point were investigated to figure out the reducing rate and the rectify effect in 24, 48, 72 hours after using pesticide. Result] The pesticide effect test showed that Caiesusha and Wekeda had the best and fast effects on Prodenia litura. The preventing effects of Caiesusha and Wekeda on Prodenia litura were 97.5%, 85.0% respectively in 24 hours after using pesticide, and both were100% in 72 hours after using pesticide. Conclusion] Caiesusha and Wekeda could apply widely in produce.
