| 摘 要： | 本文论述了培养农村基层干部的必要性和可行性。提高农村基层干部的综合素质是农业现代化的必然趋势，高等农业院校应成为培养农村基层干部的基地，打通直接向农村输送基层干部的渠道需政府的支持，并具有深远的历史意义和现实意义。本文同时对农村基层干部应具备的知识能力和培养基层干部的教学计划、培养方式进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Necessity and feasibility to train rural basic cadres were discussed. Improving the comprehensive quality of rural basic cadres isan inexorable trend of agricultural modernization and agricultural colleges anduniversities should become the base to train rural basic cadres. Getting through the channel directly providing basic cadres to rural areas needs government's support, which has profound historic and practical significance. Knowledge and ability qualified for rural basic cadres and teaching programme and training way to train rural cadres were also discussed. |
