| 摘 要： | 本文在对塔里木大学有代表性的500名学生样本进行卡特尔16种人格特质测试的基础上,阐述新疆高校大学生健康人格培养的目的和意义,指出大学生健康人格培养的途径方法;引导大学生充实与发展自我,不断塑造和提升自己的人格素质,完善健康人格;明确新疆高校加强大学生健康人格培养的特殊性和重要性。

| Abstract: | Based on the 16 personalities test of 500 students in Tarim University, This paper explained the purpose, significance and methods of healthy personality cultivation in universities, conducted college students enriching, developing themselves and improving their disposition and perfecting healthy personalities. As a result, the significance and specificity of university and college students＇ healthy personality cultivation should be emphasized in Xinjiang. |
