| 摘 要： | 对木本观赏植物组织培养的研究现状进行了概述,总结了外植体类型、基本培养基种类、不同植物生长调节物质、环境条件等因素对木本观赏植物组织培养的影响,并分析讨论了组织培养过程中常见污染、褐化和玻璃化问题及其解决方法。
