| 摘 要： | 随着市场经济的快速发展,农产品供应链已成为我国农业产业化发展的引擎,信息管理是农产品供应链管理的重点和难点。为学界进一步研究以及政府部门和农产品供应链相关企业决策提供参考,阐述了农产品供应链的内涵,从信息风险防范、信息流及信息服务模式分析、农产品质量安全保障、电子商务应用、信息平台构建等方面综述我国农产品供应链信息管理的相关研究。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of market economy,agricultural products supply chain(ASC) has become the engine of agricultural industry in China.Information management(IM) in ASC is the key and difficulty.In this paper the connotation of ASC is explained and related researches are reviewed from five aspects(information risk,information flow and information serve mode,quality and safety of agricultural products,E-business application,information platforms) for providing references for further researches and decisions of government departments and relevant enterprises. |
