Abstract:In order to establish the HPLC fingerprint of Qingfei granules(Isatidis Radix,Lepidii Semen,Platycodon grandiflorus,etc.)and simultaneously determine the content of epigoitrin,the HPLC fingerprint was established by using InertSustain C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),acetonitrile-0.5%formic acid solution as mobile phase,gradient elution,flow rate of 1 mL/min,column temperature of 30℃,detection wavelength of 254 nm.There were 12 common peaks in the fingerprints of 10 batches of samples,and the similarity was more than 0.9.The linear range of epigoitrin was 0.8μg/mL-24μg/mL.the recovery was 98.63%,RSD was 1.56%.The average content epigoitrin of in 10 batches of granule samples was 0.0161 mg/g.The results showed that the method had good systematicness and stability,and could be used for the quality control of Qingfei granules.
