北方温室“大红袍”枇杷套袋果实生长发育及品质分析

摘    要:在日光温室内,"大红袍"枇杷果实的发育呈现S型生长曲线,整个生育期内,果实纵径始终大于横径,而且纵径生长速度大于横径。套袋延长了果实生长发育时间,果实单果质量增加,大小增加,果形指数没有变化。果实硬度、可溶性固形物、总糖、总酸、维生素C含量提高,可食率增加。套袋果实的糖酸比增大,果实口感和风味得到改善,这是由于套袋明显改善了果实外观质量,避免发生果锈、日灼、缩果、裂果现象,有利于果实大小形成,也有利于品质提升。

Abstract:In greenhouse,Dahongpao loquat fruit development presents S growth curve,the entire growth period,fruit length is always greater than the transverse diameter and vertical diameter,growth rate is greater than the transverse diameter.Extension of the growth and development of fruit bagging time,single fruit weight increased,increase in size,fruit shape index did not change.Fruit firmness,soluble solids,total sugar,total acid,vitamin C content increase,edible rate increase.Bagging fruit sugar acid ratio increases,the fruit taste and flavor can be improved,this is because the bagging can obviously improve the surface quality of fruit,avoid fruit rust,sunburn,fruit shrink,cracking phenomenon,is conducive to the formation of fruit size,but also conducive to quality improvement.
