| 摘 要： | 依据全国雷电灾害灾情实况资料,结合当前人口、经济、生态等因素的价值标准,建立了全国雷电灾害灾情评估指标体系,并利用层次分析法给出了雷电灾害综合损失的计算模型,为雷电灾害等级的划分及其造成的不同后果之间的度量和比较提供了科学的依据。
