马铃薯叶中茄尼醇含量与生育期及品种的关系

摘    要:为了研究马铃薯叶中茄尼醇含量与生育期及品种的关系,从7个品种马铃薯的叶片中提取茄尼醇,利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)研究了不同生育期和不同品种的茄尼醇含量。结果表明:马铃薯在现蕾前、盛花期、膨大期、收获期四个时期中,其茄尼醇含量在收获期为最高;不同品种马铃薯叶中茄尼醇含量亦存在较大差异,其中以"晋薯3号"含量最高。

Abstract:The relations between solanesol content and factors as development periods and varieties were investigated through HPLC in leaves of seven varieties of potato.The results indicated that the solanesol content reached the highest point at the stage of harvesting.Obvious differences in the solanesol content was also shown in leaves of three varieties and "Jinshu NO.3" has the highest content of solanesol.
