| 摘 要： | 介绍了回转破碎气流干燥设备的结构特点及其性能试验。该设备将滚筒破碎干燥机与气流干燥机串联组合，其组合衔接处采用封头板带过流孔的独特结构形式，把整个干燥过程分为三个阶段，集滚筒破碎干燥机、闪急干燥机和气流干燥机的优点于一体，提高了烘干效率和产品质量。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the structural characteristic and performance test of the rotating cylindical pneumatic dryer with a crushing device are introduced.This equipment joins the rotating cylinder with a crushing device and pneumatic dryer together in series,and the linking section is of a special structure which is a blocking plate with a flowing hole,so the whole drying process can be devided into three phases.The dryer can imporve the drying efficiency and product quality owing to collecting the advantages of rotating cylinder with a crushing device,spin flash dryer and pneumatic dryer. |
