| 摘 要： | 在分析苏南地区湖泊特点及开发利用存在问题的基础上,根据湖泊的生态环境特点、功能定位和区位条件等将湖泊分为保护性开发湖泊和完全保护型湖泊2类,提出不同类型湖泊的开发利用措施与具体保护方案,探索健康湖泊的发展方向,对促进湖泊资源的可持续利用,实现生态环境保护与社会经济发展双赢具有十分重要的意义。 |

| Abstract: | On the basis of analysis on the characteristics of lakes and the problems of lake exploitation and utilization in Southern Jiangsu,the lakes were divided into protective development lakes and complete protective lakes according to the ecological environment,function orientation and location condition.The development measures and concrete protection schemes of two kinds of lakes were put forward,and the development direction of healthy lakes was explored.The result made very important meanings for promoting the sustainable utilization of lakes and the double win between ecological environment protection and social economic development. |
