协同创新计划在江苏高等农职院校的实践与创新

启动实施高等学校创新能力提升计划,即协同创新计划,简称"2011计划",是提升国家创新能力的重要手段和战略选择,是全面提高高等教育质量的重要着力点。文章阐述了江苏高校协同创新计划实施的现状,论述了江苏高等农职院校协同创新计划的实践与创新,指出江苏高等农职院校坚持行业特色,找准协同方向,创新性建设校企合作联盟载体,可以显著提高服务区域经济发展的水平与能力,提升办学的综合实力和核心竞争力,为社会输送大批合格人才,为地方经济建设作出更大贡献。

Practice and Innovation of Collaborative Innovation Plan in Jiangsu Higher Agricultural Vocational Colleges

To start the implementation of the plan to promote the innovation ability of colleges, collaborative innovation plan, referred to as the ＂2011 plan＂, is an important means and strategic choice of promoting national innovation ability, and it is an important focal point to improve the quality of higher education. Current status of colleges of Jiangsu Province implementing collaborative innovation plan was described in the paper. Practice and innovation of higher agricultural vocational colleges implementing this plan were discussed. It was pointed out that higher agricultural vocational colleges of Jiangsu Province should adhere to industrial characters, find the cooperative direction, innovatively construct school-enterprise cooperation alliance carrier, can significantly improve the level and ability to serve the development of regional economy, enhance the comprehensive strength and the core competitiveness of the school, convey a large number of qualified talents for the society, and make great contributions to the local economic construction.
