摘    要:通过探讨葡萄糖氧化酶(Glucose oxidase,GOD)对肉鸡肠道环境的影响,为其在肉鸡生产中的应用提供理论依据。本研究选取300只1日龄罗斯308肉鸡,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复10只鸡。分别饲喂添加0、0.15%、0.3%、0.4%、0.5%GOD的日粮,研究了其对肉鸡肠道pH及盲肠微生物的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加GOD,不同程度的降低了空肠、回肠pH,但未能显著影响胃和十二指肠pH;GOD具有明显抑制大肠杆菌生长,促进盲肠中乳酸杆菌和双歧杆菌增殖的作用。
