摘    要:提出一种简便、实用的DNA提取方法,DNA得率可达到80μg/g,所得DNA样品的OD260/OD280值在1.8以上,且不含PCR反应抑制剂,RAPD扩增结果良好,该方法提取的DNA产量和质量均能够满足基因工程操作的要求。

Abstract:A simple and practical method of DNA extraction was described in this paper.The effective rate of DNA reached 80μg/g.The value of OD260/OD280 of DNA simple was more than 1.8,and there was not inhibitor of polymerase chain reaction.The results of RAPD were all right.The quantity and quality of DNA simple extracted by this method could satisfy the requirement of genetic engineering operations.
