摘    要:对摩本杂水牛(摩拉水牛×德宏水牛)初乳和常乳中AMS、γ-GT、NAGase、ALP以及LP的活性进行测定.结果表明,初乳中5种酶的活性大多显著或极显著高于常乳(P<0.05或P<0.01),而常乳之间差异均不显著(P>0.05).初乳中AMS活性第1、2、3天差异不显著(P>0.05),第1、2天极显著高于第5、7天...

Abstract:The activities of amylase(AMS),N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAGase),γ-glutamyltransferase(γ-GT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and lactoperoxidase(LP)in colostrum and milk of buffalo were analyzed.The result showed that the activities of different kinds of enzymes in colostrum were significantly higher than those in milk(P<0.05 or P<0.01),but the enzyme activities had no significant difference among milks(P>0.05).The activity of AMS had no significant difference among day 1,day 2 and day 3 colostrum,and the activity from day 1 and day 2 colostrum was extremely significant higher than that from day 5 and day 7(P<0.01).The activity of γ-GT from day 1 colostrum was significant higher than that from day 7(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference among day 2,day 3 and day 5(P>0.05).The activity of NAGase from day 1 and day 2 colostrum were extremely significant higher than that from day 3,day 5 and day 7(P<0.01).The activity of ALP was no significant difference among day 1,day 2,day 3 and day 5 colostrum(P>0.05),but the activity from day 1 colostrum was extremely significant higher than that from day 7(P<0.01).The activity of LP was significant difference between the first and the second day colostrum(P<0.05),it was extremely significanty higher than that from day 3,day 5 and day 7(P<0.01).
